Such an easy and pleasant interaction. Brought the scooter to our accommodation and walked us through exactly how to use it and some tips and tricks. Couldn’t ask for better service. The bike was also very nice and seemed relatively new. If you need a scooter rental I definitely recommend!!

Easiest hire experience I’ve had. Checked into my Airbnb and was given the number for these guys, messaged on WhatsApp and had a reply within 10 mins and bikes dropped off within 2hrs.
Don’t need to give them passports just cash deposit which was a huge factor. Like most people not keen of the idea of giving someone I don’t know in another country my passport.
They show you everything you need to know when they drop the bikes off but also on hand via WhatsApp if you need anything.
Full deposits given back at the end - so you can count on them sticking true to their word if bike returned to them how it was left

Top Service und ein kompetentes Team. Der Scooter wurde geliefert und auch wieder abgeholt. Sehr unkompliziert! Es wurde nur der Reisepass fotografiert. Das war bereits ausreichend. Man hat bei Lieferung den Roller gefilmt um mögliche Kratzer aufzunehmen. Es war wirklich sehr unkompliziert und nur zu empfehlen. Und die Scooter sahen top aus. Der Honda Click160 war für unsere Zwecke zu zweit völlig ausreichend. Der Verleih wurde uns auch von unserem Vermieter auf der Insel empfohlen 😊

Highly recommend renting from Samui Scooters. We sent a WhatsApp message a few days before we arrived and pre booked a scooter - it couldn’t have been easier. Only a picture of our passport was needed along with a 1000 BHT deposit (which was returned at the end) The scooter was delivered and collected from our hotel at a time chosen by us. We were asked to take a video of the scooter as it was dropped off to us so we had a record of the condition the bike was in. The bike was great and very easy to use. The staff were informative and polite and communication via WhatsApp made everything so much easier. We had a fabulous time exploring the island and would definitely recommend Samui Scooters.
